I didn’t set out to write children’s books—I set out to capture a feeling.

 

Growing up on a small family farm in Northern BC, I learned early that nature has a way of teaching you things you don’t always understand at the time—about resilience, quiet courage, and finding your way.

 

Rusty the Prairie Fox was born from those lessons.

 

Through his journey, I hope to give children something more than a story—I hope to give them a sense of wonder, confidence, and the belief that even the smallest voice can be strong
